Although Cedars Park is situated in a semi-urban area, it is a 'green space' that provides a healthy habitat for many animal and plant species to thrive.

Some of the information on these pages is extracted from the Wildlife Survey commissioned by the Friends of Cedars Park and carried out by Herts & Middlesex Wildlife Trust in 2017.

Special thanks to Herts Environmental Records Centre.

There is also information about trees, which is separated from 'wildlife' as most of the trees in the park are ornamental plantings.
